It would be a shame to call IC Market a broker. It has been fluting all rules and regulations right from its inception in the market. It does not follow the ideal ways to trade with users in unpredictable financial bazaar. Also, there are certain qualities that make a brokerage firm worth it. However, it lacks all of them and thus, one should not rest their trust in it. The brokerage company does not have the slightest of integrity and finds ways to forge people through blind items and greeds. Some traders fall into the trap, while others who have researched a little stay away from it. The broker nothing to offer that a trader would own and get befitted. IC Markets review 2021 entails why keeping a safe distance from the brokerage company is an appropriate decision.
IC Markets scam or not?
IC Markets scam stands literally because of the absence of important documents and numbers like registration and license. How can a broker establish authenticity without them? Also, when there is no regulatory authority to back the broker, then it remains no more a broker but a fraud website which is there to thug people at people. Many campaigns are being run to keep traders away from these portals that may disappear at any moment.
How can someone forget that it is the brokers like IC Markets which slap high losses in the face of traders and do not take blames? The non-supportive arrogance also goes against the broker. Thus, IC Markets is a scam broker. So, to break away from the issue, one must abandon visiting the broker. One must not let it get hold of vital information through bugs.
Contact us option is distressing.
The attempt to contact customer care during the time or despair goes in vain every time. Moreover, the broker takes pride in troubling people. It leaves a trader completely disheartened and without options. When executives handling the contact us option go hostile, there is no alternative to it. Who else can a market player or a client contact in those circumstances? Especially when some is on the brink of losing money due to the market’s movement or dysfunctionality of a tool and technical glitch. If there’s no instant troubleshooting, then the money is lost forever. Many traders have gone through the pain of non-compliance in the past. The IC Markets has backed out from helping its clients several times.
The live chat option is equally awful and only wastes invaluable time from offering a solution to traders and investors. The answers it gives are wrong and has no relation with the query. IC Markets has done nothing to resolve the problem, and it’s been a while. Thus, the commitment of the broker is zero toward the trader, who is investing the hard-earned funds. Not even once the brokerage company thinks about the agony of an investor.
Plus, messaging and email services are trashy. So, mentioning them is useless. Seemingly, the broker is not spending any money on these services. Hence, in the absence of the most important services, people cannot channelise trading skills or create tactics to mitigate the challenge of the moving financial market.
IC Markets: Improper education services
IC Markets does not respect the sentiments of its clients who pay it lots of commission and money for the services. Poor education tools and services stamp the pathetic management and outdated information that the broker has it on the website. The knowledge, details and information that one reads belong to an ancient era and does not fit the current one.
The ebooks, VODs, and other materials are old and do not help the query. Thus, one more reason to move ahead and start picking up brokers like HFTrading, Oinvest, Brokereo and others for better services, and educational material. The authenticity they offer is parallel to none and the best.
Dilapidated trading option
On one side, when an array of trading brokers are offering sundry options as trading platforms, here, the brokerage company is providing the services of old WebTrader, which is almost out of the market. At this time, MetaTrader4 and MetaTrader5 are the best options for trading. But to save money and in an attempt to offer bad service, IC Markets has not got the key elements. Due to this, people have to pay the heavy prices due to a lack of good tools and the speed of the transaction.
Every investor knows that the result of profit and loss get declared within a fraction of seconds. But due to the absence, clients are subjected to humiliation and blows to their hard-earned money. No one can justify such an approach by IC Markets.
Moreover, WebTrader does not function well on IC Markets’ portal following the compatibility to issue. So, that’s the added wound which hurts the prospects of a market player.
Designing and UI are irritating.
Every time a trader clicks on the category section, it gets stuck, and a pop-up opens. It only makes matters worse for traders and consumes more time. Not just that, it happens each time and the things start getting worse with every other attempt. So, it’s a major issue that needs redressal. However, going by the current mood and inaction, the broker will never remove it. Hence, a trader will have to bid goodbye to the broker.
Likewise, the design is so bad that everything on the web portal seems out of sync and place. The vital information that one needs to know and see is missing. It creates transparency issues and amplifies troubles for users. The white, black and fluorescent do not suit the theme of trading. Overall, it gets a big zero on both UI and designing parts.
High commission rates
When there are plenty of ways to earn and make money for IC Markets, the broker resorts to extortion and asks for USD 3 from a beginner trader. Let that sink in. Someone who does not have much money, but talent and become a major contributor to economies losses out on the opportunity. It is due to unnecessary charges levied by the broker. On the other hand, someone who can invest in the advanced trading account has to pay nothing. Won’t it create a disparity? How fair is it? Charging from a learner and discounting the rich.
Besides, one may get charged with hidden charges that the broker does not mention here. For that, a trader should visit the privacy policy page, which exposes the facade worn by the broker.
Tools and charts absent
The broker does not have good charts and tools that are extremely necessary for trading in the volatile and fluctuating market of finances and commerce. It hinders a trader in creating strategies and succeed in the trading market. However, Global TradeATF and PrimeFIn have some of the greatest possibilities in terms of tools and charts. Choosing their service is helpful for the fledgeling to professional market investors.
Safety and security compromised.
The biggest problem is that the broker does not ensure security and safety to its consumers, and that can come as a big assault on clients. When the funds are not safe, how can someone deposit their wealth for trading?
Conclusion:
IC Markets 2021 review deciphers the top and confidential secrets that can harm a potential trader in the market of uncertainty. Instead of aiding a customer with experts’ advice and service, the broker tries relentlessly to thug traders and fetch money out of them through worse means. The nagging and annoying behaviour is leading clients to switch over to great brokers like TradedWell, TradeATF and PrimeFin.
