There are a plethora of brokers across the planet which are sustaining with honesty and offering the best services to their clients in the limited scope that they have in the industry.AvaTrade is one such charlatan broker that is playing with the sentiments of investors and thugging them with some voluptuous ideas that are a trap in reality.
Several complaints have been registered against the broker over the years for the bad conduct it subjects to its customers.
Now, in today’s date, whoever knows about the brokerage firm’s bogus behaviour is not attempting to go near it, let alone any transaction.
AvaTrader review 2021 explains, why is the trader not worth anyone’s time and money.
AvaTrade scam or legit?
AvaTrade scam is a real term in many ways, and when a market player trades on it, there are several hindrances on its online portal that plague the entire experience of a trader. The cookies policy is one of the issues that takes the sheen away from the brokerage company.
It feels like the broker is trying to exploit its users by taking out the confidential details from them and without their knowledge. The consent is important in these transactions, but the broker does not care.
Furthermore, there’s a mess all overwritten on the website. There are some regulatory bodies which are not spotless, and people cannot trust their legitimacy. Hence, such agencies covering the activities of a broker are highly questionable.
Eventually, the report submitted by them can’t be trusted either. Thus, one can point out that AvaTrade scam is real. Besides, the data it mentions on the website is not substantiated and all vague. Nowhere the broker provides evidence to state that whatever information mentioned on the portal is correct.
Pathetic design and user-interface
Once a trader lands on the online portal of the AvaTrade, it gives a feeling of an imposter. The colour combination looks like that of a fraud website. The information is also in place, and a trader does not find it satisfactory while trading on it.
The categorisation is outdated and does not have enough spaces. Thus, it all looks tacky and requires some breathing space. A user finds it impossible to understand the process of working that wastes a lot of time.
The poor design only complicates the process of trading on AvaTrade, and market players can dissociate with the broker by looking at it. Moreover, the structure does not find any points that can justify childish design.
It only slows down the process and elongates it unnecessarily like a rubber band. Thus, one can call user-interface not related to the broker and its subscribers’ services.
AvaTrade: Broker does self-boasting
The broker boasts about itself from the home page itself. The reviews are all bot-generated and nothing genuine about them. Besides, other studies seem bought. So, there is no shred of proof they being true. So, if someone wants to believe what it says, he/she cannot due to the lousy representation and excess of lies that AvaTrader brags about.
Lousy customer support service
The worst part about AvaTrade is its non-supportive customer service, which everyone thinks must work in their favour, given the broker’s inferior services. Firstly, no one feels good while attempting to call customer care after going through bad experience overall.
However, after putting in much effort and self-pushing when a trader calls the executive, the number is either busy, or no one picks up.
After hundreds of strives when the staff on the other picks the call, the mannerism and tone are so harsh that a trader likes to hang up within moments. This demeanour breaks the trader and investor, and they feel cheated because their money and hopes are riding on that call. Who else will they call to?
So, either such market players apply for the withdrawal of funds or quit without anything. (Read below what happens when asked for the withdrawal of funds).
The incidents send chills down the spine because who else will a trader make a call during the despairing time for help. But it does not stop here. The live chat option is the biggest lie. One can wait for hours before getting a reply, and that is wrong. It further dashes the aspiration of people, and they feel like never returning to it.
The live chat takes all the essential details and makes the user vulnerable. More importantly, there has been news where several companies are found selling the data of people. Thus, these perils are always hovering over the heads of people.
The email either does not get delivered or even it does, then that warrants no reply to the users. So, the alternative in itself is useless and done and dusted. AvaTrade does not care about the sentiments of people at all. There is one thing that it needs, which is money at any cost, even at the loss of a client’s property of wealth.
With such a malice intent, one cannot succeed to win an investor’s heart. Also, word of mouth is not favourable for the broker either. Even novice broker have realised the charlatan’s game. The message a client delivers does not get an answer.
How can anyone trust the alleged brokerage company in such circumstances? There should be a valid cause that can help people understand the compulsion of the bad behaviour by AvaTrade in replies to traders, but unfortunately, there’s none.
Perilous CFD trading
Everyone knows how dangerous working in an unchartered territory can be. CFD is the derivative instrument that is the reason for many losses worldwide for traders losing their money. However, the broker deliberately puts the option forward. Instead, it does not have a single product which is not dependent on contract for differences.
Hence, if an investor has created an account, it is better to quit and register on better brokers like PrimeFin, Global TradeATF, 101investing, and TradedWell. These brokers not only present the reality to their subscribers but keep everything transparent and in check under a reputed and qualified regulatory authority.
AvaTrade: Education not updated
The education material is not updated on the website. It is despite the fact that people learn from the broker and move on to grow further. However, due to the ulterior motives, AvaTrade has not updated the section for the longest time. There is nothing that one can do about it.
No alternative can anchor the innings of trading for a trader in the absence of useful videos, course material, ebooks, or other information products.
Research tools not working.
With no research tools, a trader cannot weave a strategy and present it in the competitive market, and that’s the script of a loss. But does AvaTrade has any concern about it? No. Even after drawing the attention of the broker toward the issue, there has been zero response. It calls for serious concerns, and the broker must wake up.
Lack of trading accounts
The broker does not offer proper trading accounts for its users which does not leave traders with an option but to quit and move on to better opportunities.
Conclusion
AvaTrade is a scam, and there is no doubt about it. The broker does not produce proper elements of data which anyone can trust. However, brokers like ROinvesting, HFTrading, 101investing, and others are there to entertain traders with terrific trading options.
